Noah DroddyRunner. Musician. Mustache.
Noah Droddy stole some serious hearts at the 2016 Olympic Trials. Some called him a hero. Majestic. All thanks to his long black hair draped over his shoulders, backwards hat, and sepia-tinted sunglasses. And the mustache. Let’s not forget the mustache.
But don’t be fooled by his hippie look. Droddy is a freaking beast, running a half marathon in sub-62 minutes. (You can say we’re pretty pumped to be his sponsor.) But he doesn’t just sit around thinking about races all the time. Running is only a part of what it means to run his world. To him, it’s all about balance and doing things like listening to and playing music, reading non-fiction essays, grabbing drinks a couple times a week – and it seems to be working out pretty well for him.
Notes From The Takeover
- Trident Café for an espresso
- Sanitas Brewery for their Black IPA
- Recovery meal? A burger and fries at Mt. Sun Pub and Brewery in Boulder, complete with a stout on draft
Noah's adopted greyhound, Sarah, used to race as well. While she's retired now, she loves leisurely strolls and naps…a lot of naps. And her Saucony singlet.
Favorite Coffee Table Book? Running with the Legends because it highlights 21 of the greatest runners from history and the chapters are short and sweet.
