You know those runs where everything is just right? When the breeze is cool, the ground feels good beneath your feet, and all around you are sights that fill you with such pride – the pride of not only being a runner, but being a runner in the most beautiful country on earth? From park trails to seawalls, from mountain switchbacks to straight stretches of prairie highway, from snowy forests to green pastures, we want you to show us what sights make you say “OH CANADA!”

We’re calling it #RUN150! As Canada celebrates 150 years of Confederation, we want to show the world what makes this place as bountiful, breathtaking, and all out awe-inspiring as we know it to be.

With your help, we are curating a collection of the 150 most spectacular places to run from coast to coast. That may sound ambitious, but when you think about how vast and varied this country is, how many twists are in the forest trail and how the open prairie sky offers a route in any direction, Canadian runners have so many paths to follow.
